The Ozzy Ozmunds were a little apprehensive about playing for a room full of insurance industry people at the IBABC Conference and Trade Show at the Kelowna Delta Grand Hotel. We were picturing our audience as being rigidly straight-laced and *ahem*, a wee bit conservative.

We were so totally wrong.

These were some of the most enthusiastic and energetic people we’ve ever had the pleasure to play in front of. Who knew insurance agents could have so much fun!

Special thanks to the event organizer Event2Event planning, and especially Alanna who set the show up and put a lot of effort into making this go smoothly.

This band is grateful and looking forward to playing more corporate gigs like this one in the future

We’re super stoked to be playing a big corporate gig in May and are really looking forward to rocking out for 100+ insurance industry people. Rumour has it that insurance agents are the craziest, most over the top partiers around!

The room was absolutely packed to the rafters with enthusiastic (and perhaps intoxated) nerds and techies from all over Kelowna, the OK and abroad. The Ozzy Ozmunds were extremely proud to be part of this event and to be able to provide rockin’ music and high-energy entertainment for the night. Special thanks to Jeff Keen, Richard Taylor and Fiona Campbell for making the night go along so smoothly.

After sailing many a long year, the Ozzy Ozmunds, scourge of the seven seas will be casting their anchor and invading Kelowna’s shores. Hearty me hearties!

The Ozzy Ozmunds would be much obliged if you would come down and enjoy a night of booty-kickin’ pillaged music. O’Flannigan’s Pub is located at 319 Queensway in downtown Kelowna.

Doors are at 8 and show time is at 9, be there, before I run ye through with me cutlass!

The KCFB are a self supporting non-profit organization helping those of us who temporarily cannot help themselves. Last year over 40,000 people came through their doors, 40% children under 16 – 100% hungry. Their mission: To work in partnership towards the alleviation of chronic hunger and poverty in the Central Okanagan.

Live entertainment will be provided by the mighty musical talents of The Ozzy Ozmunds and DJ Rich Taylor.

The event has the theme “Summer Beach Party” so be there wearing your beach-iest beach attire to try to win a ‘best costume’ prize. Also for those poor losers there will be a door prize. Everyone WINS!
